what are the white dots in the sky?

Not it's not the aliens. (i thought it was... =.=)
They are lights projections that some of these can be controlled by the public. A design created by Rafael Lozano-Hemmer.

When i arrived, i was amazed by many lights moving around. When i took the picture, it showed the lights less brighting.. o.O
